• HOW DO I GET TO HOCKERHILL?

    Hockerhill is just ten minutes, or five miles from Junction 12 of the M6 and close to Weston Park just off the A5.

    WHERE IS THE NEAREST TRAIN STATION?

    The nearest train station is Codsall (WV8 2EH) which is approximately 1.7 miles from Hockerhill.

  • AGES 1-5

    Our indoor ‘Little Acorns’ area includes a blackboard, small slide, and magic mirrors.

    Outside, there is a sandpit, toddler swings and zip wires.

    AGES 5+

    The indoor main play area includes slides and plenty of turrets to climb and explore.

    There is also a go-kart track that flows from indoor to outdoor and outdoor racing zip wires.

    We believe that play is essential, whatever your age, that’s why there is something for everyone at Hockerhill. Toddlers and twelve year olds can go wild and explore our playbarn, whilst adults can sit back and relax, or join in on the fun!

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY BOOKING DATE OR ADD PEOPLE TO MY BOOKING?
    If you want to amend your booking, you will need to create an account before you check out.

    If you have not created an account and still need to change your booking, you can call the office on 01902 271 881 or email gm@hockerhill.com to change the date of your booking for an admin cost of £5 per booking, subject to availability.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PARK HAS TO CLOSE TEMPORARILY DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS?
    If Hockerhill is temporarily closed, we will transfer your booking to an alternate date, subject to availability.


    DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON TICKETS?
    Tickets are non-refundable and are sold on the understanding that no money in respect of unused tickets will be reimbursed.

    Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

    If a refund request is made, this must be made in writing to the Hockerhill office via info@hockerhill.com. The request will be considered by a member of management and responded to within 2 weeks from the date of request.


    IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR GROUP BOOKINGS?

  • WHAT DO THE ENTRY TICKETS INCLUDE?
    Entry to Hockerhill gives you access to the indoor and outdoor play areas as well as the cafe and shop.


    CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DAY?

    Yes, standard tickets can be purchased on arrival, subject to availability, throughout the year (excluding family tickets), however, you must prebook during our annual events programme that runs at various times through the year. Please check the booking page for details.


    DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?
    No, parking is free for Hockerhill guests. Please do not park on the main road as we have lovely neighbours and want to make sure they have unobstructed access to their homes and businesses.

    CAN I RETURN TO MY CAR ONCE I HAVE PAID AND ENTERED THE PLAY BARN?
    Yes, you will be given a stamp should you wish to leave and this will allow you entry and exit for your entire booked slot.


    CAN ADULTS VISIT THE PARK WITHOUT ANY CHILDREN?
    Due to Hockerhill being a children’s Adventure Play Area, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted.


    CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS?
    Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) as well as cash if you prefer.


    ARE THERE ANY CASH MACHINES ON SITE?
    We don’t have any cash machines on site but there is a cash machine in the village nearby.

  • IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE?
    Yes, we have parking facilities outside the entrance. These are subject to availability. In the event that the car park becomes full, we have a designated overflow parking area towards the rear of the building. Please do not park on the road or restrict the access of our neighbours.


    DO I NEED TO PAY FOR PARKING?
    No, parking for Hockerhill visitors is free!


    ARE THERE ANY EV CHARGING POINTS?
    Yes, we have one electric charging point so you can charge your vehicle on site, subject to availability.


    IS THERE PARKING FOR BLUE BADGE HOLDERS?
    Yes, we have a designated area for blue badge holders. These bays are close to the site entrance for easy access.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE ACCESS TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
    Yes, we have tried to make the play as accessible as possible. We have a level access car park and accessible toilets.


    WHAT FORM OF DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED AS PROOF OF DISABILITY?

    You will need a DID Card: The National Disabled Identification Card (DID).


    DO YOU HAVE BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?
    Yes, we have baby changing facilities available.


    CAN I BRING MY DOG?
    Dogs on a lead with responsible owners are allowed in our carpark and garden at the front of the barn. Please make sure that you are super considerate towards other users - some of which may be scared of dogs (even friendly ones).

    Harnessed guide or assistance dogs are also always welcome throughout.

  • DO YOU HAVE FIRST AID FACILITIES AT THE VENUE?
    If you require first aid, please approach any member of staff and we will assist straight away. There will always be a trained first aider on duty.

    WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES FOR LOST CHILDREN?
    We are a relatively small site, despite being full of adventure, so lost children will be taken to the entrance desk whilst their parents/carers are located.

    ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON ANY OF THE PLAY EQUIPMENT?
    There are no specific height or age restrictions. However, access to the big slide is from within the Giant Oak Tree and you need to be quite agile to clamber through to reach the slide, so we recommend that only children aged 3+ use this equipment.


    IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PARK?
    Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within Hockerhill play barn and its surrounding areas.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO HOCKERHILL?
    Shoes are required at all times during your visit to the play barn.

    If you are a keen outdoor explorer, we suggest you bring a change of clothes in case of rain.

  • IS THERE A CAFE AT HOCKERHILL?
    Yes, we have a great cafe and coffee shop. All of our food is fresh, delicious and nutritious and is served from the moment we open. We cook everything on the premises, including artisanal stone baked sourdough pizzas.


    DO YOU OFFER FOOD SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
    We have options and products suitable for specific dietary needs.

    Allergen information is available on request from the team in the cafe.


    CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK ONTO THE SITE?
    No, sorry, we are a small site and only food or drink purchased on site can be eaten within Hockerhill. We do have a wide range of food and drink offers to keep every pocket happy.

  • DO GIFT VOUCHERS HAVE CASH VALUE?

    Our gift vouchers have no cash value and can only be used towards online admission for Hockerhill.

    Gift Vouchers can NOT be used in the Shop or Cafe.



    HOW LONG IS MY VOUCHER VALID FOR?

    All vouchers are valid for one year from purchase date.



    DOES MY VOUCHER GUARANTEE ENTRY?

    Gift voucher recipients must book in advance to guarantee entry.

  • IS THERE A GIFT SHOP?
    Yes, we have the main Gift Shop close to the entrance desk. There are a range of gifts and souvenirs available.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR DAMAGE AN ITEM OF PROPERTY DURING MY VISIT?
    Any found lost property will be taken to and stored at the entrance desk. If you find any item of lost property yourself, please hand to a member of staff.

    Hockerhill are not responsible for the damage of any personal or fragile items within the play barn.

  • I WISH TO LEAVE A COMPLAINT OR COMPLIMENT, HOW DO I DO THIS?
    If you wish to make a complaint during your visit, please speak to the front desk before leaving. They will normally be able to resolve any issues immediately.

    If you wish to raise a complaint after you have left the attraction, please email gm@hockerhill.com sending full details of the nature of the complaint including your contact information, name, order ID number & email address. We will require proof of your attendance before we are able to deal with your complaint.
